Wow, great initial Beta. Only one person reported a crash (Can't reproduce), and only 2 critical Bugs. All the rest were cosmetic issues. No formated drives, melted monitors or dead whales <woot>!

Thanks to everyone that helped in tracking down the problems, and for the great suggestions.

I spent most of my time improving the interface on the Databases Screen.

Next to get a Makeover is the DupeFinder Screen. I've got a lot of ideas on how to clean things up.

I also fount this really cool tool to create application Demos. I just finished posting the Databases Tutorial... Check it out.

New Features:

• Smart Startup - When you start UF2 the First time, you will be taken to the Database Config Screen.

  If you have databases set up, when you start the app, you will be taken directly to the DupeFinder Screen. If there are databases set up, you will start on the DupeFinder Screen.

  Just click the "Anylize all" button, then the "Start Dupefinder" button.

• Show Hints - option added to the view menu. Shows or hides the popup hints.

• Smart Apply Buttons - On the Databases screen, if you make changes that require clicking the Apply Button, it will be highlited.

Bugs Fixed:

Critical Bugs

• If you attempt to add a Folder from a drive that had a blank Drive Volume, you would get an error message, and the app would stay disabled.

  UF2 will now handle drives with no drive volume, but it is still recommended to give a drive volume to all your local Dard Drives.

• If a folder has 1 letter in it, would not recurse into. ie: c:\my documents\celebs\a\ Nothing below the a\ folder would be seen.

Cosmetic bugs

• If mark if CRC is off (config screen), UF2 would still report files as being marked for delete even though they weren't.

• If you have a dupe list with files marked for delete, and you manually delete them in Explorer, they will be removed from UF when DeleteMarked is clicked.

• New Database dialog defaults to the UF install folder, instead of my documents.

• When you add a new Database, it would show random numbers for it's file count before any folders were added.

• If you don't manually refresh before analizing, the numbers in the progress bar are wrong.

• Update counts after a removing a folder.

• Minutes in the progress bar is now 2 didgets.
