To Install Unique Filer, you can select either of the Download links below...
This installer is the easiest. Simpley download it, and run the program ufsetup.exe. This will install Unique Filer, and will add it to your Uninstall Programs list.

This option is for the "Geekier" among us that don't want to download half a meg of uninstallshield... Simply unzip this to the directory of your choice (UniqueFiler) is a good choice. Uninstall is just as simple, delete the directory. Unique Filer doesn't put anything in your Windows or Windows\system directory, so deleting the program directory IS a full uninstall.

The UniqueFiler 2.0 Beta is currently only available from the Beta Page.
Unique Filer is a 32 bit program for Windows 95 / 98, and it has been reported to work fine on NT, 2K and ME. There aren't any additional requirements... If you can run Win 95, you can run Unique Filer.
Your browser should tell you that you are trying to download a file, and it will ask you if you want to run it, or save it to disk. Choose "Save To Disk", and select a folder on your system to save the file to (remember this location).
Once your download is complete, using Windows Explorer, go to the folder that you saved the file to, and run it. This is the setup program, and it will allow you to choose where to install Unique Filer to.
Once you have completed the setup process, you can safely delete the file that you downloaded from this site, because the software is installed on your system.
If after installing the software, you decide that you want to remove it from your system, go to your Control Panel, and select "Add Remove Programs". Then from the list select "Unique Filer", and click the add/remove button. After that step is complete you can then go back and delete the program directory (c:\Program Files\Teracom\UniqueFiler\) if necessary.
